Malik Mixon of Westlake High in Georgia, a USC signee, won the boys 110-meter hurdles in a wind-legal 13.55 seconds at the Brooks PR Invitational in Seattle. Mixon, who finished third last year in 13.64 seconds, elevated to the No. 3 wind-legal competitor in meet history.
